I worked with Rob Lee to buy my new to me 4Runner and he made the process incredibly smooth and quick! I have had it for about 4 weeks now and absolutely love it. I saw the car for sale online and made an appointment to see the car at 9am on a Monday, when I arrived he had it all ready to go for me. Went for a test drive and I knew I wanted it, I was out the door with my new 4R in approximately 2.5 hours! This included me taking my car I drove there in home and getting a ride back to pick up the 4R. Just picked up my permanent plates today and I didn’t give a specified time, when I pulled up he recognized it was me and met me at the car with everything I needed before I even got to the door of the building. To buy a car like this from out of state, I needed a lot of assurances and he transparently provided them. He's also just a very nice guy. Celeste Hernandez - GREAT sales rep. Recently I needed to purchase a new car, which I have been putting off since just before COVID. I sold my old car, and I was finally ready. Not excited to start this process, I did an email inquiry to all the area dealerships. Wow! Fortunately, I set up an account just for the responses. All I did was ask about current inventory and a cost breakdown of the car I was interested in. I have no idea why, but multiple reps (including sales managers) for each dealership responded with fragmented information. Nobody gave me the information requested with the exception of Celeste. The other sales reps did not want to spend any time or share any real information without a site visit or getting my phone number. Responses were short and mostly rude. I get it. Why waste your time just for someone making online inquiries? Well maybe because I completed the online inquiry and due to my work constraints. This was the best and easiest way for me, the buyer, but that didn't seem to matter. Celeste continued to politely provide answers to my follow up questions, all without needing any of my personal information. She was actually the only one that did her job on behalf of the dealership she works for. When I was able, I set an appointment to go in. Celeste greeted me with a huge smile, easy going demeanor, and was very polite. She answered all the questions I had with a solid knowledge base. I'm never excited to ask the awkward questions surrounding costs, but Celeste made it very comfortable. I actually can't remember any purchase that felt as chill, comfortable and just matter of fact. By this point I wanted to buy the car from Celeste. After the details of the sale were agreed upon, every other aspect went just as smoothly. She kept her word and delivered on a quick and smooth closing. When I came to pick up my new MDX I thought I would just be handed a key and be on my way. Celeste again exceeded my expectations and continued to walk me thru all the finer points of the car and its features (again), answering questions I had not even considered asking. If anyone reads this review and is thinking about purchasing a car from Acura of Bellevue, make sure you contact Celeste Hernandez!!! It was an amazing experience and one I did not think possible when buying a car. FYI, the finance department and service department rounded out a great purchase experience. Celeste was very professional and awesome throughout the whole process from start to finish. I flew out from Boise ID to Seattle WA to make the deal. I bought my 2019 A Spec RDX from Rob Lee a couple years ago. Each time I was at the dealership, Rob would always remember us and come to greet us even if it was for a service visit. When the 2022 MDX came out, we were instantly drawn to it for our growing family. I contemplated the Q7, Atlas, and some other third row SUVs. I was inclined to stay with Acura because of my great experience with Rob Lee and the service team. I've always been taken care of at Acura Bellevue and knew that I didn't want to go anywhere else! Rob was able to work with me on my trade in and secure a 2022 A Spec MDX. He's quick and easy to make a deal and doesn't drag out the process for hours like some other dealerships. (I also appreciate the low pressure sales when it comes to the extra add ons at the end during the signing.) The car came a week earlier than expected and he gave me frequent updates! Rob and the Acura Bellevue team are such honest, hard workers. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for an Acura. They will always make things right and make sure you're satisfied!

Being a single woman in her 60s with a business. I have a duty and responsibility to myself to research anything I am buying. Especially, with the Internet being available these days. But in the end you have to trust the people you are dealing with after that. And I would not hesitate to buy or recommend Acura of bellevue to Family, friends, and clients. Which I already have. I’d sincerely appreciate their efficient, gracious customer services the level of detail and accountability they have demonstrated to me. I would like to thank Karl who worked with me. He was very informative as he was answering every question of mine patiently. As stressful as it is buying a car these days. That process went smooth and easy. Final price was exactly as negotiated no last-minute surprises. Karl was very polite and professional. I never felt rushed or Pressured. I will tell you this when I first deciding on looking at Acura of Bellevue I read the reviews online it had the best reviews out of all the dealerships. I did see this person that had good reviews name Karl never thinking that I would end up having him as my sales person it was just a fluke thing. I first decided to look at a certified preowned white MDX. Not thinking I could even afford a new one. I was solely focused on this particular car. Although with used you have sacrifices that you must make. One being the exterior color was white I preferred silver. Also I wanted a gray interior. The one I looked at was white which was fine and I thought it had a gray interior but due to the lighting that day they took a picture it was unfortunately black interior which I said I would never have again. Upon seeing the car it was in impeccable shape no dents scratches It’s still smelled like a new car but it had a black interior. Karl could see my disappointment amongst a few other things. He suggested a few other things which I said no very abruptly to. He could’ve given up then. But he persevered and suggested something that made me decide to sit down and listen if it wasn’t for his suggestion I probably would’ve left. As it turned out with the help of the dealership and Karl I was not only able to get a new car but it exceeded my expectation and everything I wanted. That could only happen when you have the sales person working for you as well as the dealership. My sincere thanks to Acura of Bellevue and Karl.

Unfortunately my wife and I found ourselves in need of a new car after my beloved Acura was declared a "total loss" from no fault of ours. We started looking at TL options while our insurance company dealt with our wrecked TL just in case they deemed it a loss. When the bad news was delivered to us, we were ready to move forward. My wife and I decided on the new 2021 TL body style over the current TL's at the dealerships. The new 2021 TL's arrived at the dealerships on 09/28/2020. We test drove a black TL at the Lynwood dealership even though I knew I didn't want a black car. Dave at Lynwood placed me in contact with Rob Lee at Bellevue stating that they had a Steel Grey TL in the pipeline with an expected delivery date of mid-October. Rob contacted me via cell phone and we secured this car with a $1000 down-payment placed on our Discover card. While waiting for it's arrival we found out that our car, Bellevue dealership and Rob Lee qualified for the Costco Auto program. Bonus! Paperwork was seamless and quick. We received a $1000 credit for being a valued customer on the purchase price for showing our old TL (valid) registration. We were offered complimentary beverages during our visit. While our windows were being tinted we were loaned a 2020 MDX. Acura of Bellevue has a very large selection of Acura's to choose from. Acura of Bellevue sparkles from the stock outside, inside, car wash, and maintenance shop. Bellevue has a lower sales tax than Lynnwood. We have purchased cars from both dealerships; however, all future purchases will be made from Acura of Bellevue. Rob was very communicative and transparent during the entire process. Rob treated us both with respect and VIP status. We love our Acura purchase as well as the purchasing experience.

I bought my last Acura from Lynnwood (which was an easy purchase, a nightmare to have serviced) so I went to Bellevue because it was closer thank Tukwila. I went in for a test drive and a few days later I was in my brand new RDX. It was fast, easy, and I was treated really well. I highly recommend Rob Lee. From the minute I wrote in inquiring about test drives during the pandemic ( he wrote to me within 12 min); and has been super helpful this entire time. He even helped me when I tried calling the service department several times trying to get scheduled to have my rear seat covers put on and they didn't return my calls. I will be forever be loyal to this dealership, and this brand. They gave me top dollar on my Acura trade in!! Even with masks it was easy!

I've been with Acura of Bellevue almost since the first time I visited a car dealership in the US. That means basically since 2009. I never had to complain about the service from the day I brought my first used car to the day I bought my new car. They are helpful, always ready to answer your questions with honesty and accuracy. I really have no stress bringing my car to them. I trust their advice on what needs to be fixed and I never had to go back because of a wrong service. It's been 9 years already, 2 different Acura ... always the same quality. The most amazing memory I have is when they announced me that the radiator was broken, the breaks were used, and something else needed some repair. They told me that the total was about $4500. Then they call me 2 hours later because they made some research: they found I had an extended insurance, one part was a recall and so the total price after all that was $45.50 … Not kidding. 6 stars over 5 guys!

Great experience at Acura of Bellevue. Test drive process was smooth, buying experience was easy. Our sales guy, Ben, handled everything so there was no going back and forth to different offices or getting multiple pitches. It would have been a five star experience, but Ben left us sitting for almost an hour while he helped another customer who had shown up early. This could have been remedied by asking the manager or another sales person to keep the ball rolling and finish our sale, or check in, or finish with us before helping the other customer.
All of the service I have received at Acura of Bellevue has been wonderful. They take the time to explain, in detail, what is going to be done, and are very clear about the charges. Even though I have to drive about 45 minutes to get there, I will continue to do it because I trust them with my car!
For the past 15+ years since I purchased my car at Acura of Bellevue they have taken great care of me (and my car!). I had an outstanding buying experience (the only new car I've ever purchased) and over the time I've owned it I've had excellent red carpet service from the dealership. They are trustworthy and always explain in detail what service my car needs and is getting. I like how they will send a technician out in the car with you to try and listen for a weird noise. I also like the amenities in the service waiting area (coffee, pastries, soda, snacks) where I usually wait and use the wifi to get some work done. I purchased an Acura so that I wouldn't have problems/repairs on my car and I have been pleased with how that's worked out (I have a 2004 TSX). Also, I don't feel talked down to as a woman here, which is A+! I just had the 105k miles service on my car, and it was pricey, but it's better than having a car that breaks down all the time. I hope I can keep my Acura purring for another 105k miles!

I have had my eye on a new Acura TLX ASpec for almost a year now. My salesman Ben Philipose was very professional, patient and flexible with me as I considered it over the course of 2019. I finally bought the car for my 60th birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the decision and the service I’ve received thus far. We've purchased a couple of autos from AoB over the last 15 years. Each time it was minimal to no hassle. However, what keeps us coming back is their Service Department. Sure, you are going to pay a premium at times, but they make things so easy. They are professional and courteous. Getting a free loaner has never been a problem and I have yet to be delivered a "surprise" bill. Assuming all things remain the same, we will happily continue to come back in the future.

Acura had a recall on high oil consumption, this service took a week, to my surprise Acura of Bellevue gave a complimentary car rental, to my surprise I had the pleasure of driving a brand new (7,000 miles) 2019 MDX! Also, I love the mobile app messaging they provide, JR kept me informed on the progress through the week. The checkout process was very simple, and thanks JR for throwing some extra's in, I didn't expect the superior customer service JR performed. I have always appreciated the service I have received from Acura of Bellevue, but this last service went above and beyond. Marc Levick, my service advisor, was phenomenal. Marc took the time to explain all of my options regarding my older MDX. He helped me talk through what my next steps should be to make me feel safe and secure in my car, which I love. Marc applied coupons to my service to help me save money and even fixed something that wasn't discovered until later during the service. My transaction was a little more complex than most as we had very specific color, interior and option requirements, and our salesperson was out for knee surgery when the vehicle became available. Nevertheless, I never felt that I was treated in anything less than a completely professional manner. I also appreciated that the closing did not involve a trip to the finance office only to be put upon for more dealer options, services, etc. as has been the case in almost every other car I've ever bought. All documentation was fully explained, and the pre-flight briefing and configuration of personal preferences was thorough. If you don't know what I mean by configuration and personal preferences, you haven't driven a new RDX. The vehicle is highly configurable, and most owners would be overwhelmed at first. That Acura of Bellevue walks through all of that, including a 2-page list of settings without making you feel dumb is a sign of some excellent employee training.
I always receive GREAT service from Acura of Bellevue - Irene helped me yesterday and she was awesome. They do a great job at keeping you updated on your car's status, and the shuttle service is very convenient and responsive!

WOW. Just WOW. Acura of Bellevue service department knows how to do customer service! I had a 7am oil change, they got me all set up (since it was my first time at this service center), checked out my car and sent me on my way. They had a comfy lounge with great coffee and good assortment of muffins and donuts. My car was done within 30 minutes (most likely because I had the first appointment and was 2nd in line). My car was washed and waiting for me. It was the best customer service experience I had in a very long time!

I worked with Anthony to buy an RDX. He’s one of the best dealers I have ever met. Most of the previous dealers I met earlier, I felt they were trying to manipulate and not provide full information I needed for my decision. Anthony is totally different. He is very open and knowledgeable. He provided all detailed information I asked, and further answered my tricky questions with such an accurate price calculations.

Octavio was professional, prompt, friendly at check in. Waiting area is always clean and well stocked with fruit, chips, muffins and cookies. I was there exactly one hour for B1 service, car was cleaned and serviced as expected.
I recently purchased my 4th MDX three of them have been from Acura of Bellevue. I have purchased many cars in my life. In my opinion one of the best run auto dealerships in the Northwest. Kiet in service is top notch!!!
Took my ILX to have my newly installed replacement windshield recalibrated. Since there was a driveshaft recall on my car, they scheduled to look at the driveshaft at the same time. While they predicted to have my car ready for pick up in 4 hours, a computer glitch prolonged the recalibration. They were courteous in letting my know about the delay in pick up time and an approximate new pick up time.

My husband and I came to Acura of Bellevue after the "senior" sales guy at Acura of Lynnwood completely disrespected us and lost any chance of having our business - present or future. Rob Lee greeted me promptly when I walked in and was happy to help. I was interested in the 2019 RDX A Spec SH-AWD. I had already test driven and knew about the car prior to getting there so basically all I needed was to decide on color (white or black). I checked out both colors and we even perused around the lot to make sure that was what I wanted. I (finally) decided on white and we went in to talk numbers. I'm pretty stubborn and don't let up too easily when it comes to negotiations but Rob took it in stride and made sure I was 100% happy before shaking hands. After all the financing was worked out, he took me to the showroom RDX and showed me every aspect of the car and how to work all the tech. He was very thorough, funny and patient during the whole process. I can see why Rob is consistently winning awards at Acura Bellevue. He's great and will get you what you want at the right price! It's definitely worth the drive to go and see him.

Great service department. Have been a customer of Acura of Bellevue for over 15 years now. Aubrey, Octavio and Kiet have always provided outstanding service. Prices are slightly on the higher side but that's to be expected in the eastside. Have not experienced any major push to up sell services. Overall, wonderful customer service.
After contacting four Acura dealerships in the Washington and Oregon, we chose Acura of Bellevue for our purchase of a 2019 Acura RDX. These vehicles are currently in high demand and hard to get. Our salesperson, Anthony, was wonderful through the whole process. He was very responsive and always available to answer our questions, we never actually met him until we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car since we live in Alaska, Anthony made sure everything was handled perfectly so the car was ready for us to pickup with no delays. Just recently we purchased our second car from "Acura of Bellevue" and have to say once again we were very pleased. My wife and I live in Mount Vernon and have always tried to keep our business in Skagit county. After staying in the Bellevue area for the night (our escape place) we decided to see if buying a car in Bellevue was really that expensive as some people say. Well it wasn't, if you take into consideration on how much time is wasted on games played by so many car dealerships these days. Rob Lee has been our salesman both times. On one of the hotest days of the summer, no AC in my car. I took the car in the next morning and they found the problem and fixed it - put in a loaner car and by the next morning the problem was fixed. Great service!!!!

I've had my Acura's services at Acura of Bellevue for the past 18 years. Each time the service has been great. The costs are very reasonable, the waiting area is top notch, the work done exceptional. The staff goes to great effort to explain each service requirement, the costs, and anticipated service in the future. I now have 172,000 on my current TL and it hasn't been touched by any other mechanic. I've been very pleased with the low maintenance costs, reliability, and continued comfort of the vehicle. I attribute this to service at Acura of Bellevue. All of the service advisors are great and I have found Kiet Nuynh to be exceptional in his attention to my cars needs. I don't have any relationship with the dealer nor any of its employees.

I was able to get an appointment for a service on my MDX on short notice. And even when I arrived early, Aubrey was happy to take the car and did a great job on explaining what services would be done on the car and the cost. The work was completed ahead of the estimated time and i was back on the road in less than an hour. My MDX was washed and vacuumed and ready for another 7,500 miles. I’m very happy with my first experience at Acura of Bellevue. Their customer waiting area was also really comfortable.
The staff is always polite and the way they handle the process for incoming service is perfect. You just drive into a nice warm area, hop out and either wait in a great waiting area or get your loaner. Always happy with their service

What a nice place. Went in to have a key cut for the car and was very surprised at how nice the staff was. Was informed that it would be a few minutes so please help yourself to refreshments. What a layout! Fresh fruits, cookies, a self serve pop machine. Nice quiet seating area and very clean. Can't say what the service dept. is like but parts has their act together.
Got my car serviced and everything was excellent, great crew, wonderful amenities. Very nice dealership, they treat you like family.

Previously, I’d visited Acura of Lynnwood twice to discuss my lease-end options and ended up walking out of that dealership disgusted with their lack of integrity, among other things. I called Acura of Bellevue immediately. When Tom answered, I instantly sensed my experience with him would be different...I was right! Zero hassle.
