I've been with Acura of Bellevue almost since the first time I visited a car dealership in the US. That means basically since 2009. I never had to complain about the service from the day I brought my first used car to the day I bought my new car. They are helpful, always ready to answer your questions with honesty and accuracy. I really have no stress bringing my car to them. I trust their advice on what needs to be fixed and I never had to go back because of a wrong service. It's been 9 years already, 2 different Acura ... always the same quality. The most amazing memory I have is when they announced me that the radiator was broken, the breaks were used, and something else needed some repair. They told me that the total was about $4500. Then they call me 2 hours later because they made some research: they found I had an extended insurance, one part was a recall and so the total price after all that was $45.50 … Not kidding. 6 stars over 5 guys!

Great experience at Acura of Bellevue. Test drive process was smooth, buying experience was easy. Our sales guy, Ben, handled everything so there was no going back and forth to different offices or getting multiple pitches. It would have been a five star experience, but Ben left us sitting for almost an hour while he helped another customer who had shown up early. This could have been remedied by asking the manager or another sales person to keep the ball rolling and finish our sale, or check in, or finish with us before helping the other customer.

All of the service I have received at Acura of Bellevue has been wonderful.

All of the service I have received at Acura of Bellevue has been wonderful. They take the time to explain, in detail, what is going to be done, and are very clear about the charges. Even though I have to drive about 45 minutes to get there, I will continue to do it because I trust them with my car!

For the past 15+ years since I purchased my car at Acura of Bellevue they have taken great care of me (and my car!). I had an outstanding buying experience (the only new car I've ever purchased) and over the time I've owned it I've had excellent red carpet service from the dealership. They are trustworthy and always explain in detail what service my car needs and is getting. I like how they will send a technician out in the car with you to try and listen for a weird noise. I also like the amenities in the service waiting area (coffee, pastries, soda, snacks) where I usually wait and use the wifi to get some work done. I purchased an Acura so that I wouldn't have problems/repairs on my car and I have been pleased with how that's worked out (I have a 2004 TSX). Also, I don't feel talked down to as a woman here, which is A+! I just had the 105k miles service on my car, and it was pricey, but it's better than having a car that breaks down all the time. I hope I can keep my Acura purring for another 105k miles!

We've purchased a couple of autos from AoB over the last 15 years. Each time it was minimal to no hassle. However, what keeps us coming back is their Service Department. Sure, you are going to pay a premium at times, but they make things so easy. They are professional and courteous. Getting a free loaner has never been a problem and I have yet to be delivered a "surprise" bill. Assuming all things remain the same, we will happily continue to come back in the future.

Thanks JR, of Acura of Bellevue, for taking care of my MDX. Acura had a recall on high oil consumption, this service took a week, to my surprise Acura of Bellevue gave a complimentary car rental, to my surprise I had the pleasure of driving a brand new (7,000 miles) 2019 MDX! Also, I love the mobile app messaging they provide, JR kept me informed on the progress through the week. The checkout process was very simple, and thanks JR for throwing some extra's in, I didn't expect the superior customer service JR performed. I'll definitely be back at Acura Bellevue for more service in the future.

I have always appreciated the service I have received from Acura of Bellevue, but this last service went above and beyond. Marc Levick, my service advisor, was phenomenal. Marc took the time to explain all of my options regarding my older MDX. He helped me talk through what my next steps should be to make me feel safe and secure in my car, which I love. Marc applied coupons to my service to help me save money and even fixed something that wasn't discovered until later during the service. My transaction was a little more complex than most as we had very specific color, interior and option requirements, and our salesperson was out for knee surgery when the vehicle became available. Nevertheless, I never felt that I was treated in anything less than a completely professional manner. I also appreciated that the closing did not involve a trip to the finance office only to be put upon for more dealer options, services, etc. as has been the case in almost every other car I've ever bought. All documentation was fully explained, and the pre-flight briefing and configuration of personal preferences was thorough. If you don't know what I mean by configuration and personal preferences, you haven't driven a new RDX. The vehicle is highly configurable, and most owners would be overwhelmed at first. That Acura of Bellevue walks through all of that, including a 2-page list of settings without making you feel dumb is a sign of some excellent employee training.
